1. Values

Our Referral Program is for people with values like ours. We value best-fit products/services for our clients working with virtual assistants. Most of our affiliate partner recommendations are based on products/services we are using ourselves at The Freedom Geek. We also value honesty, transparency, supportive relationships and fair financial dealing.

                                      

2. Who are we?

The Freedom Geek Ltd is a private limited company registered in England. Our company number is 10679811, and our registered office is at 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS.
Imogen Cook is the Company Director and we have been in business since 2017. The Freedom Geek specialises in helping small business owners and startup entrepreneurs find (and work with) smart virtual assistants from the Philippines..
In the rest of these Terms, when we talk about “we” and “us”, we mean The Freedom Geek, and “you” are our affiliate.

3. Information and security

 

You will automatically qualify to earn rewards for referring others. We keep a record of the following information:

↪your full legal name;

↪a valid email address;

↪VAT number (if applicable)

↪valid PayPal account details

Your information will be used to track your commission and make payments. We will store your information in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

You may not resell our products (by downloading them and selling them on), ‘white label’ them (putting on your own logo and selling them), or use extracts (however limited) unless you have our permission in writing before you do so.

                                                   

4. Referral commissions

To qualify for commission, the customer must provide your name and make a purchase.

Commissions are £50 GBP for a new customer on their first Virtual Assistant placement once they have paid in full. This is a one-time commission per new customer. Commissions will not be paid out on further placements if that same customer purchases multiple Virtual Assistant placements from us. 

Commissions will not be paid out if the customer has bought any of our products in the past.

▶Commission will be credited to your Account once the customer’s payment clears. It is rare we have to refund a customer, but any refunded sales will result in commission being deducted from your Account. Refunds are entirely at our discretion.

▶We will track referrals as valid for 90 days from when the customer first makes contact with us.

▶If you have a valid commission and we email you, please ensure to provide your PayPal email address within 90 days; otherwise, their commission will no longer be valid.

                                                 

5. Payment

We process payouts via PayPal every first of the month (or the next business day) for the previous month's commissions.

The amount you receive will be net of:

↪commission on refunds and charge-backs;

↪the PayPal or equivalent charges for your transaction;

↪any withholding we are entitled to make under the terms of this agreement; and

↪any withholding we are required to make by law.

If you are not VAT registered, we will calculate your commission and pay it.

If you are VAT registered, you will need to raise an invoice for the amount of the commission we just paid you, plus VAT, and mark the invoice as part paid. Send the invoice to us at [email protected] and we will send the balancing VAT on our next payment run. VAT will only be processed if the invoice is raised by the end of the nearest quarterly return deadline. For instance, if the commission is due in November, the VAT invoice must be submitted by the conclusion of the quarter (e.g., by December 31st).

We pay commission in British pound sterling. If we decide to pay commission in any other currency, we will notify you.

When asked, you will promptly provide us with an invoice to account for commission payments.
