As a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving digital marketing initiatives. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and excellent organizational skills.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Some prior marketing experience.
- The primary function of this position will be content creation and supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives.
- Creating posting and managing digital content, social media, blogs, images, some very basic video editing
- Social media audience building and engagement.
- Drip marketing system management using a Mind Matrix (a HubSpot alternative catered to our industry)
- Website edits
- Sourcing, hiring and managing 3rd party marketing vendors.
- Creating sales presentations, flyers, print mail pieces, etc.
- WordPress and Canva administration
- Some basic SEO
- Marketing Position: some prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Good English
- Tenure at prior jobs – very important in all potential candidates – need someone that has previously demonstrated they can stay with a job for a minimum of 3-5 years/can be loyal to an employer/worthy of a sizable investment of time and money to train them.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and think outside of the box.
- Hardworking, fast paced, and dynamic self-starter.
- Technology savvy/some prior experience working with technology companies preferred.
