This position is part listings coordinator, part leasing coordinator as well as assisting the property management team.
Work Hours:
⭐ Full-time
⭐ 40 hours per week
⭐ 8:00am – 5:00pm UK
Rate:
⭐ 5 USD per hour
POTENTIAL TASKS
- Answering enquires
- Booking in viewings
- Progressing tenancies
- Booking in certificates and contractors
- Handling landlord and tenant enquires
- Any other duties deemed necessary to support Lettings & Property Management activities.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRE
- People oriented
- Attention to detail and meticulous is a must
- Two years of excellence in providing outstanding customer service as a VA
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations
- Experienced in dispute resolution and problem solving
- Previous Transaction/ Listing/ leasing coordination experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel, CRM and project management tools
