POTENTIAL TASKS

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation and Outreach: 

  • Identify prospects matching defined client avatars and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. 
  • Understand and internalize prospects' pain points and dreams to create meaningful connections. 
  • Customize outreach messages based on individual factors such as years in practice, firm size, practice area, and recent events or posts. 

Social Media Engagement: 

  • Manage content calendar across multiple channels, primarily LinkedIn and YouTube. 
  • Curate and repurpose content to engage the target audience effectively. 
  • Create engaging graphics and landing pages to capture leads. 
  • Monitor metrics to analyze performance and suggest improvements. 

Email Outreach Campaigns: 

  • Implement personalized email campaigns to drive engagement and traffic to lead magnets. 
  • Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities effectively. 
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client prospect meetings. 

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Assist in graphic creation and light video editing for social media posts. 
  • Support in managing sales pipelines and outreach calendars.

  1. SEO and SEM Skills: Enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic. 
  2. CRM Experience: Manage and nurture leads effectively. 
  3. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather insights to improve strategies. 
  4. Cultural Awareness: Tailor marketing strategies accordingly. 
  5. Innovation and Creativity: Bring creative solutions to support objectives. 
  6. Social Media Management: Experience in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube content creation. Proficiency in metrics interpretation, graphic creation, and content scheduling. 
  7. Content Writing: Craft compelling short copy and adapt long-form content for various platforms. 
  8. Landing Page and Website Development/Modification: Proficiency in LeadPages, WordPress, and web content management. 
  9. Computer Skills & Basic IT Knowledge: Proficiency in Office Apps, Google Docs, Analytics. 
  10. Organization/Project Management: Keep tasks organized using tools like Asana, Monday, or Calendly. 
  11. Communication: Effective communication skills, willingness to share ideas, and clarify tasks. 
  12. Reliability & Proactivity: Monitor tasks efficiently, provide timely updates. 
  13. Attention to Detail & Resourcefulness: Care about details, leverage support networks for solutions.
