POTENTIAL TASKS

 

 Customer Success & Relationship Management 

  • Manage customer onboarding and training processes. 
  • Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions. 
  • Proactively identify customer needs and challenges and develop solutions to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. 

 Lead Conversion & Sales Support 

  • Deliver product demos and presentations to educate potential customers about the company’s features and benefits. 
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel. 
  • Assist with converting leads to paying customers. 

 Content Creation & Marketing Execution 

  • Develop engaging content (blog posts, social media content, etc.) that educates potential and existing customers about the product’s value proposition. 
  • Manage and update the company website and landing pages using a platform like WordPress. 
  • Create, schedule, and analyze the performance of content on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

 

Communication & Customer Service: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 

 Organization & Prioritization: 

  • Highly organized and manages multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Digital Proficiency: 

  • Proficient in CRM (Keap/Infusionsoft), CMS (WordPress), social media management platforms, and time management systems. 

 Content Marketing: 

  • Experience creating engaging marketing content tailored to a specific audience. 
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization for website visibility. 

 Learning & Adaptability: 

  • Quick learner with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Adapts to changing customer needs and industry trends. 

 Initiative & Work Ethic: 

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, proactive and results oriented.
