Work with a property investment company based in the UK specializing in acquiring and managing properties for their diverse clientele, ranging from local buyers to international investors.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Outbound and Follow-Up Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to unresponsive leads and follow up with clients who have received offers.
  • Update and manage CRM with lead statuses, documenting attempts and outcomes.
  • Schedule periodic follow-up calls and emails.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage emails and customer support inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle data entry, file organization, and database management.

Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to user interactions to cultivate leads and sales.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Content Creation:

  • Design and produce graphics, videos, and written content for social media.
  • Schedule and manage the content calendar for timely delivery.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a polished telephone demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and motivation to achieve high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and tools.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and organize files for creative assets.
