Work with a Business Consultancy company that helps predominantly IT support businesses with their marketing and business operations. There is an opportunity for a bright, switched on, proactive VA to get involved with a variety of marketing tasks to support the delivery of this service.
Work Hours:

⭐ 4 GBP per hour
POTENTIAL TASKS
- Creating reports for clients
- A range of social media tasks potentially including content creation, content repurposing, scheduling, building an engaged following, responding to messages, likes and comments
- Collaborating on social media strategy including researching what competitors are doing, tips to grow an engaged audience etc
- Updating and managing databases (spreadsheets) of contacts for clients
- Come up with ideas for, and create, lead magnets and long-form content for publishing online for clients
- Uploading blog posts to Wordpress and optimising where possible
- Topping and tailing videos
- Uploading newsletters into email marketing platforms
- Rebranding supplied template content to match brand guidelines
- Creating printed newsletters and following a process to send out
- Updating website pages
- Tracking Google Alerts
- Helping to come up with ideas for social media and marketing campaigns to grow client’s brand and online audience
- Data entry
- Following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) including written/video directions
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as required across all areas of the business
- Create and schedule content according to client requirements/ proposal
- Ensure that client amends are incorporated in a timely fashion
- Support with the production of blogs, presentations as required

- General experience with social media scheduling tools
- General experience with email marketing tools
- Wordpress / Elementor / Divi
