The CRM and Workflow Coordinator role will be critical in designing, implementing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, automated workflows, CRM systems, and project management solutions using GoHighLevel and ClickUp. This role involves consultations, workflow customization, continuous support, and the integration of various tools to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

POTENTIAL TASKS


GoHighLevel (GHL) Responsibilities:
 

  • Marketing and Automation: 

    Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using GHL. 

    Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. 

    Enhance campaigns with GHL's AI and machine learning capabilities. 

    Create automated text and email sequences for lead engagement. 

    Monitor campaign performance, generate reports on key metrics, and provide actionable insights. 

  • CRM and Membership Management: 

    Maintain and optimize the GHL CRM for tracking client interactions and managing sales pipelines. 

    Ensure data integrity and proper contact segmentation. 

    Customize CRM fields and pipelines for specific business processes. 

    Develop and manage membership areas and online courses using GHL, including course setup, content upload, and enrollment management. 

  • Integration and Technical Support: 

    Integrate GHL with tools like Stripe, Twilio, and social media platforms.

    Configure and manage webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations. 

    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. 

    Provide technical support to clients and team members, conduct training sessions, and create documentation. 

  • SaaS Management: 

    Manage white-labeled services for clients using GHL's SaaS mode. 

    Configure the agency dashboard, including Stripe integration for billing. 

    Set up and manage subscription plans and billing cycles. 

    Customize the platform's branding, including custom URLs and branded mobile apps. 

ClickUp Responsibilities: 

  • Training and Customization: 

    Deliver training sessions on ClickUp features and develop tailored training materials. 

    Customize ClickUp to align with unique workflows, create and manage tasks, set priorities, and track progress. 

  • Time Management and Collaboration: 

    Support time tracking and schedule management. 

    Facilitate team collaboration using ClickUp's tools, such as real-time chat and comments. 

  • Reporting and Automation: 

    Generate performance reports and provide insights to improve efficiency. 

    Implement automation to streamline tasks and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. 

  • Ongoing Support: 

    Provide continuous support and troubleshooting. 

    Stay updated with ClickUp's latest features and updates. 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel and ClickUp or similar project management and marketing automation tools. 
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and marketing automation best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and provide clear, concise instructions.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. 
  • Experience with software integrations and automation. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
