POTENTIAL TASKS
- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate profit and loss reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and suppliers.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for various financial tasks and analyses.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Proficiency in data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong understanding of invoice management processes.
- Ability to reconcile accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Experience generating profit and loss reports.
- Proven track record in chasing payments from customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
