Be the go-to person for the core team to go to when it comes to bookings, guests, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring the end-to-end guest journey is flawless. You'll manage messages, emails, phone calls, bookings, pricing and quotes, reviews, all with excellent communication and a passion for exceeding expectations.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Guest Communication:
- Be the primary contact for all the guests via email, phone, and various messaging platforms.
- Answer inquiries about prices, availability, properties, policies, and local recommendations.
- Solve guest concerns promptly and proactively, ensuring a positive experience.
Pricing & Bookings:
- Manage pricing inquiries and communicate clearly about rates and fees.
- Assist with booking confirmations and address any related issues.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
- Collaborate with housekeepers regarding changeovers, maintenance, and guest issues.
- Relay information to the appropriate internal team for prompt resolution.
- Think critically to find solutions to unexpected challenges and ensure guest satisfaction.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
Experience:
- Short-Term Rental Industry: Proven experience in the short-term rental industry, ideally with specific knowledge of platform management (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
Skills:
- Exceptional Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication in English, able to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Adept at finding creative solutions to unexpected guest concerns and navigating challenging situations.
- Organizational Efficiency: Highly organized and detail-oriented, excelling at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Numerical Aptitude: Demonstrated confidence with calculations and pricing inquiries.
