POTENTIAL TASKS

Property Management 

Assist the Head of Property Management in enquiring with contractors and obtaining quotations.  

• To include speaking with Councils regarding previous planning, business rates etc. 

• Obtain quotations for EPC’s, asbestos management surveys, roofers, cleaning companies, keyholders etc.  

• To instruct contractors and make relevant access arrangements with permission from tenants 

• Make sure that property’s are compliant with relevant law and legislation 

• Liaise with tenants to make sure they get support

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Basic knowledge of property law and compliance requirements. 

• Familiarity with property management software (if applicable). 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 

• Problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with tenant or property issues.
