As a Social Media & Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind the client's online growth and engagement. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help them connect with their audience, grow their presence, and build meaningful relationships with clients and vendors.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Vendor Marketing: managing the social media campaign to attract vendors looking to sell their property.
- Social Media scheduling: scheduling in line with content plan across multiple channels
- Community Outreach: Engage with & posting in Facebook and LinkedIn groups to increase our client’s presence and develop opportunities
- Engagement: Reply to comments and foster meaningful interactions.
- Client Follow-Ups: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Analysis: analysing content performance and making recommendations for future content plan
- Competitor analysis: research competitor activity and use to drive future content
- Strategy Development: Assist in creating a comprehensive social media plan.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for all social media platforms after knowledge of the business built up
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Content Creator: Experience creating video (reels), graphics, posts, and other engaging materials.
- Proactive Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized & Reliable: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Marketing Experience: Understanding of marketing outreach and strategies. · Problem Solver: Creative and resourceful approach to challenges.
- Self-Starter: Motivated to work independently and take initiative.
