As a Member Success Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, working directly with Member Success Department Manager. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written & verbal communication, a curious and collaborative attitude, flexible scheduling, and a passion for helping others follow their dreams by creating a plan and following a roadmap to the ultimate success of the cruising lifestyle.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Customer Relationship Management

  • Monitor/respond in CMM  
  • Gather member feedback 
  • Onboarding prep: docs, invites, reminders 
  • Setup AddEvent & complete checklists 
  • Post-purchase support: surveys/gifts 

Community Engagement

  • Welcome & onboard Discord members 
  • Respond to basic tech Qs, escalate as needed 
  • Track/report metrics for KPIs 
  • Maintain channel cleanliness 
  • Post announcements (Weekly Content Calendar) 

Communication & Administration

  • Manage CSM inbox 
  • Calendar: avoid overbooking, schedule calls 
  • Transfer attendees & plot tasks in CMM 
  • Sync calendars (team-wide) 
  • Maintain Support Calendar 
  • Weekly task plotting 
  • Manage ClickUp tasks 
  • Update Member Profiles in CMM 
  • Share Discord comments/updates 

Zoom Tech & Training Support

  • Backend lead: Welcome Aboard, Capt. Circle, Education Sessions 
  • Open rooms early 
  • Prep links/resources 
  • Manage checklists/follow-ups 
  • Setup breakout rooms 
  • Upload Zoom recordings to GDrive 
  • Upload workshops to Training Portal  
  • Update training resources & Zoom map links

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience (property management preferred) 
  • Proficient in Xero & 3rd-party integrations (Zapier, etc.) 
  • Strong cash flow & forecasting skills 
  • Process automation & workflow efficiency 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analysis skills
  • Works independently in remote settings 
  • Strong communication/collaboration 
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Desirable Skills

  • Rent-to-Rent / Management Agreement experience 
  • Familiar with Google Data Studio / Power BI 
  • Expense systems & approval workflow design
