We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Executive Support Associate to help streamline day-to-day operations, communications, and project execution in a fast-paced consultancy environment. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in agency, marketing, consultancy, or media, who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage emails, calendars, and CRM databases
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records
- Assist with booking travel and managing itineraries
- Prepare reports and assist in basic presentation design (Google Slides)
- Manage invoicing, financial tracking, and basic spreadsheets
Project & Operations Coordination
- Track project progress and assist with timeline management
- Maintain and update team collaboration tools and project boards
- Coordinate with freelancers, contractors, and service providers
- Organize photo/video assets for marketing use
Business Development & Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Support business development outreach (emailing, social messages – strategy & content provided)
Marketing & Digital Presence
- Manage social media posting, scheduling, and basic engagement
- Update and maintain the company website (Webflow – no coding required)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in an agency, consultancy, marketing, or media setting
- Proficiency in tools such as Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
- Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
- Basic design experience using Google Slides or Canva
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Bonus: Familiarity with Apollo.ai or similar lead outreach platforms
