POTENTIAL TASKS

  • System Building: Develop and implement efficient systems to optimize business processes. 
  • SOP and Manual Creation: Create clear standard operating procedures and manuals for team members to follow. 
  • Task Creation: Break down projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members. 
  • Delegation: Effectively delegate tasks to team members based on their skills and workload. 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data for analysis and reporting. 
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly. 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • CRM Systems: Experience in and understanding of CRM systems for customer relationship management. 
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using various computer software applications. 
  • Strong English: Excellent communication and analytical skills. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. 
  • Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions to challenges.
